The Loop Effect.

Founded in 2024 by Peter Appel – a commercial furniture industry expert with over 25 years of senior experience across procurement, supply and project delivery.

The Problem

LOOP was created to address the fragmentation that has long defined Australia's commercial furniture sector. Where previously there was no single, accountable partner able to manage furniture assets across the full project lifecycle, LOOP solves this problem.

The Solution

Delivered nationally, across commercial projects of all scales and sectors, LOOP's end-to-end services span auditing and asset condition assessment, repair, reuse, remanufacturing, recycling, and new product procurement.

The System

Underpinning every engagement is LOOP's innovative technology platform, enabling real-time asset tracking and ESG reporting to deliver on each projects sustainability targets.

The Outcome

Through a whole-systems approach and strategic cross-industry partnerships, LOOP brings circularity, commercial accountability, and measurable sustainability outcomes to every project.

Reusing Existing Table Bases

Existing desks and meeting tables can be re-skinned with recycled plastic tops fitted to existing table bases. The recycled components are derived from construction, further reducing carbon levels.

Remanufactured Planter Boxes

Fabricated using recycled plastic sourced from carefully identified and selected waste streams from within the site itself, LOOP collaborated with the design team to manufacture, supply and install bespoke planter boxes.

Retrofitting Existing Lockers

Existing lockers had their previously tired doors replaced with a fully customised sustainable laminate product and upgraded with an integrated digital locking system.

Supplying New Product

We understand that reusing, remanufacturing, retrofitting or recycling isn’t going to be possible for every element of project. We source, supply and install a selection of new products that align with sustainability principals, helping you meet and exceed your carbon reduction and ESG objectives.
